Next Day UK Delivery on Orders of any value - £7.95
Secure, tracked & flexible next day delivery to the UK. We aim for all Next Day orders placed before 12Noon Monday-Thursday to be delivered the following day (excl. bank and public holidays). Orders placed on Friday will have extra charge for Saturday delivery - £8.95
Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands - £7.95 (2 - 4 days)
Unfortunately there are circumstances beyond our control when your parcel may face a short delay. These include dangerous weather conditions or courier vehicle breakdown. We request that you always allow an extra day when ordering for unforeseen circumstances.
You can cancel or change your order only if the order has not been dispatched.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your goods. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return the entire order to us for a full refund. We are able to offer a full refund or an exchange if you change your mind (within 14 days of receipt). This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. Please send the item(s) back in its original packaging, unused and in saleable condition at your own cost.
Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival.
Unless you notify us within 14 working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
Please note that delivery charges (where applicable) and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that we cannot refund these.
All items sold by LITTLE ELLEN LTD are checked for quality control before they are sent out. However, in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can replace or repair your item.
